Sorry

I apologize for not blogging much as of late.

I have decided to stop counting my calories because its becoming a stressor.

I will definately be upping my protein then cutting down on my carbs.

And limiting my fat all around.

In doing this-- I hope to tone a lot quicker than I am now!!

  1. You might want to consider a balance of all three: protein, fats and carbs...because you certainly need all three. I'm a big fan of almonds and avocados!
