Last night after I got off work I went to the gym. YAY!
Im working on my 4th week in the gym now. Last week I had a few misses but to be expected with being sick. The best part of it is I am back on track!
Swam laps for most of the thirty minutes straight. I added a few walking fast/jogging up and down the lane in the pool to catch my breath and take a break from swimming. Im not the best swimmer so as you can imagine it took me quite a bit to get up and down those lanes.
I am in the process of working my way up to 60 minutes of swimming. Its the best exercise out there and right now all I have to do is wait for a lane approx. 20 minutes. The hotub allows me to relax!
Ten minutes of breastroke burned : 154 calories
Ten minutes of backstroke burned : 123
Ten minutes of treading burned : 154 calories

Oh I envy the swimming pool. The ocean, though lovely, is unpredictable.
