Bowl of granola raisin cereal
Soy Milk
Glass of Oranje Juice
Lunch:
Olive Garden's Grilled Chicken Spiedini
Sprite to drink
Dinner:
Left over Spaghetti and meatballs
2 breadsticks
No dessert.
I didn't have any dessert last night either, after im done eating my dinner I am satisfied and don't feel like adding on the extra calories of a piece of cake :)
