Today I worked out my abs, legs and calves.
Abs
4 sets of 15 regular crunches
Legs
2 sets of 12 step up machine
2 sets of 12 leg extensions
2 sets of 10 leg curls
Calves
2 sets straight
2 sets inward
2 sets outward
This was a light leg workout due to me not working them out in FOREVER!
